There’s nothing better than a sew day in winter. My sisters, sister in-laws and I love getting together to work on sewing projects. Right now I’m helping my sister in law sew a baby quilt for a baby girl she’s expecting.
Pre wash the flannel fabric (because flannel will shrink and Minky won’t)
The squares we cut out were 6″x6″.
We bought 18″ of the pink
18″ of purple
36″ (or 1 yard) of the white fabric with characters because we wanted a lot of this fabric.
We bought 45″ of Minky fabric (it’s 60″ wide) We found some that doesn’t stretch too much.
