These are the easiest hats to make! They only take about 10 minutes to do, I was able to cut out and sew four in 20 minutes. Also you can get four hats out of one yard of fleece! Amazing! That comes out to about $1.50 to $2.00 a hat (unless you get an extra great sale on the fleece).
First cut out a piece of fleece 19″x 22.5″. Or you can get four hats out of 1 yard and 2″ of fleece thats 45″ wide.
