One of our favorite things to do as a family is traveling and exploring new places. Here are a few of the family trips we’ve been able to go on and how we travel with our kids.
One Month in Hawaii
Hawaii is a place of enchanting beauty. When you there its hard to believe you are really there that this beauty you see actually surrounds you. We took the kids for a month trip and are so glad we did. We had so much fun! From relaxing on a beach, snorkeling, learning the history, science, culture, hiking, swimming in waterfalls. There is so much to do see. We never got bored of it. We stayed in a condo in Honolulu. We rented a van so that we were able to drive all over the island.
Texas
Travel during the COVID pandemic was pretty sad, restaurants closed, attractions closed, mask requirements etc. For the past few years, we have chosen the Oregon coast as a family destination. But Oregon had closed what seemed like everything, for an extended period of time. So we expanded our search beyond Oregon looking for states that had reopened. Texas came on our radar and we dug into the many different things that you can do and see in Texas. We got excited as we found more and more to do.
